Welcome! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm Serena, from the blog Sparkle, Style, & DIY. I'll be writing the young adult book reviews once a month.  If you've already read this book, you can head over to my blog to the monthly book club which will be on the same books that I review (click here).  I'm going to start with a summary of the book before i review it. If you haven't read the book yet, don't worry there are NO spoilers in this post.  I'm also giving away a hardcover copy of the book!

Paper Towns is about a boy named Quentin Jacobson (aka Q), who lives across the street from Margo Roth Spiegelman in Orlando, Florida. Margo and Q were best friends when they were kids, but now they're in high school. Margo is popular and Q isn't, so they barely speak until one night Margo stands outside Q's window and says she has eleven things to take care off. So, she and Q go on an adventure all over Orlando and are back by morning. It was the best night of Q's life and he thinks maybe things will change, maybe he and Margo will be friends again. Instead, he finds out that Margo has gone missing. He and his friends go on an adventure, following clues to try to find the girl he loves, all in the month of graduation.

I'm giving this book 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. John Green's books are always well and powerfully written and this book is no exception. It's suspenseful and has a few plot twists.  I would recommend this book to anyone who likes John Green, suspense, romance, and somewhat adventurous books.
